Visit product page →The Catechu Selvedge is a 12oz Japanese Selvedge Denim dyed using a natural tree-based Catechu dye on the interior weft. Wood from the Acacia tree is boiled, evaporated, and the remanence are used to produce the Catechu dye. This dye produces a warm earth tone which can be seen perking though the twill lines of this rope dyed indigo denim. Flip up the cuff to fully reveal the interior colour.
The indigo warp is woven using a short slub cotton yarn which gives the denim more character and will emphasise vertical fading. The Catechu Selvedge is crisp and rigid with that classic raw denim feel. Cut, sewn, built in Canada with contrast stitching, green line selvedge ID, suede leather patch, and silver metallic buttons and rivets.
The Weird Guy is a standard tapered fit with a medium rise, a comfortable top block, and a taper from knee to hem. Button fly.

Visit product page →The Perfect Blue Slub Stretch Selvedge is a 12.5oz Japanese selvedge denim with an uneven, bumpy surface texture.
To achieve this, the denim is slowly woven on vintage shuttle looms woven using irregular sized slub yarns which are thick in some parts and skinny in others. The result is an uneven, organic grain in the denim reminiscent of hand-woven fabric. The traditional indigo tone was produced though rope dying using pure indigo, a chemically perfect form of the dye. This is paired with a beige cotton weft interior.
The denim is slightly rigid and contains 2% stretch for added comfort and reduced break in time. Cut, sewn, built in Canada with contrast stitching, classic redline selvedge ID, vegan friendly apple leather patch, and silver metallic buttons and rivets.
